April 15 – May 14 (Month 1)

  • Attendance at staff meetings.
  • Develop and launch monthly donor email.
  • Develop and launch general newsletter (2x per month)
  • Work with Chloe on donor stewardship communication pieces.
  • Social Media
    • Create a monthly social media calendar template
    • Provide the team with content themes and post ideas to start collecting video and images 30 days in advance.
    • Set up of LinkedIn Profile to create the newsletter for repurposing.
    • Write content two weeks in advance for approval.
    • Create Template for the blog post carousel post that Chloe can replicate.
    • Begin posting on May 1
      • Stats/Data/Did You Know?
      • Mentor/Mentee Interaction
      • Reel
      • One time sensitive post (something that’s coming up that we want to highlight – likely will come from staff meetings)
      • LinkedIn Newsletter (will publish in the same week but different day as the general newsletter)
      • 5 Instagram stories/week (M-F) – these will encourage engagement and DMs to start more conversation.

May 15 – June 14 (Month 2)

  • Attendance at staff meetings.
  • Strategize and execute monthly giving campaign and how to increase membership
  • Strategize and execute Summer learning campaign and how to meet match goal

  • 2 general newsletters
  • Social Media
    • Provide the team with content themes and post ideas to start collecting video and images 30 days in advance.
    • Write content two weeks in advance for approval.

      • Stats/Data/Did You Know?
